Hotel L'Ocean - La Digue

The hotel is an incredible base for exploring La Digue. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly. The location is super close to beaches with excellent views and the town center. Check-in is easy. The food is delicious.

Everything was wonderful here, and the views were perfect. The hotel had a unique location a short way from Anse Patate Beach. The room was beautiful and lovely. Some of the staff members were supportive.

We booked an a double room that was decent sized. Having breakfast with coffee, tea, butter, slices of fresh bread, and jam was a nice bonus.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful, tastefully decorated with bright rooms. Friendly and competent staff who catered well to all guests. Outstanding food served including coffee, tea, and fresh bread with jam. Best possible location in a relaxing area, close to beautiful beaches and the shore. Overall, a pleasant experience with a comfortable bed and room amenities.

Who needs hot water, functioning safes, and friendly service anyway?

Forgetting about problems and just chilling in the perfect location - the northernmost part of the island. Helpful staff, nice kitchen, and comfy quiet rooms surrounded by perfect nature. Excellent service from the Hotel Manager Sachin and his team. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options. Enjoyed the dinner three times, it was also very good. The hotel provided transportation and the accommodations were clean and prompt in addressing any needs.

I had a wonderful experience at L'Ocean in La Digue. the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff was always helpful and smiling. Sachin, the manager, organized our transfers and bike rental seamlessly, and even recommended a great restaurant for our kids. the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with a variety of options including fruits, eggs, and porridge for the kids. the location was peaceful and close to the jetty, and we enjoyed the spacious room and balcony with a great view. a well-maintained hotel with excellent service.

A gorgeous place with very helpful staff. Toast, oatmeal, yogurt, and eggs available for breakfast. - the rooms are a decent size, tidy, and the beds are comfy.

Great location near Anse Severe and Anse Patates. Good room value for the price. Delicious food and helpful staff. Amazing ocean views from rooms and restaurant. Perfect for exploring the northern part of the island.

Our stay at Hotel L'Ocean was worth every penny. The room had a fine sea view and an additional outdoor shower, perfect for keeping sand at bay. The location was calm and beautiful, close to a peaceful beach ideal for snorkeling. The staff, especially Sanchin, was helpful and caring, making our stay nice.

When it comes to breakfast selection, I wished there were more options to choose from.

The room at Hotel L'Ocean was absolutely amazing! The balcony with sea views was a dream come true for us, as we could enjoy the beautiful ocean right from our private space. The amenities like the safe made us feel secure during our stay. The private bathroom was so convenient, and we loved the complimentary toiletries.

Honestly, there's nothing much we didn't like about our stay. If we had to nitpick, we would say that the shower could have been a little bit more powerful.

I always choose this hotel for my stay. The staff helped me exchange money on my first visit. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar/ lounge, a restaurant, laundry facilities. Coming back for Easter!
